About sample
If you are interested in our Dual Sim Cards and want to be our reseller, you want to get several samples to have a test before you become a reseller, we are glad to send you several samples free of charge. But all the potential resellers who need samples have to pay the Express freight, we will not pay freight. To pay sample freight is to show your real interests to our products.
But Dual Sim Mobile phones, TV mobiles , Watch mobiles, IRDA T862, IRDA T862++, IRDA T870A, IRDA IC Heater(Oven) will refuse to provide free samples because of high unit price. If you want to test samples, please pay them and freights.
About Shipment
Usually, after we receive customers payment, we will send the goods out within 3 days.
If order is over 45kg, we usually shipped by common airlines; if order is under 45kg, we will ship them by Express, such as UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. Of course, common airlines is cheaper than Express. But for parcel under 45kg, common airlines will refuse to ship them because common airlines has a regulation that the weight of the goods per airway bill should be no less than 45kg.
If you have your own DHL or UPS account, please advise us, your account number, we will use your account to ship the goods.
After we send the goods out, we will advise you Tracking number or Airway Bill, you can track the goods on the internet.
About clearance
Every country has its own custom regulations. Before you order some products, you had better get permission from your custom office, that is to say, you ask your custom office if these products are allowed to import. When goods arrives destination for clearance, if custom tax or other related costs happen, we will not be responsible for them.
Usually, small orders under 45kg or little declared value are easy to do clearance. In most conditions, your neednt pay custom tax.
About the final costs, please refer to your local custom regulations.
Guarantee of product quality
All the products are guarantee for 6 months. We suggest all the customers to have some samples to test before placing an order, which is responsible for both of us. If there is no quality problem, we refuse to return products to us.
If some products do have quality problems, please return to us after you get our reply. We will advise you how to return them to us.
Payment terms
Our payment methods are T/T or West Union in advance.
Before you send the payment, please read our attentions of transfer carefully because of our local banks restrictions. If you write wrong wire transfer information, all the charges for correction should be paid yourself, we will undertake nothing.
