1) Will my sim card be damaged when i cut it?

2) Can super twinsim card support any sim cards? 
    It can support GSM mobile amd GSM network. It can't support CDMA mobile and CDMA Sim card.

3) Do the record of the mobile changed after changed sim card?
    Super twinsim card won't change and delete any record of your mobile after switch numbers.

4) Can two numbers be active when select auto-switch?
    Two numbers can't be active when select auto-switch. But it can switch automatically two numbers in turns.

5) How to make your two numbers work at the same time?
    You can set call diverting. When one of your sim card power off, you set call diverting to the other number that is working. You can set your two numbers diverting each other when they power off.
    By this way, you can receive calls from any one of your two numbers, that is to say that you have make 2 numbers online at the same.

6) How to know if my mobile can support super twinsim card?
    Super twinsim card can support GSM mobile. 90 percent mobile can support our super twinsim card.
    Some mobile brand with little user maybe can't support it. If your mobile is rare brand, pls let your distributor have a test before you buy the product.

7).If I select to use auto-switch, when i am receivng a call, will it be switched to the other number automatically and make my call break off?
    It will not be broken off automatically. It will be switched to the other number till your call is over.

8) How to reslove "Insert Sim" message?

Once you have cut both the sim cards slide the metal sleeve off the dual sim and place the 2 sim cards inside the dual sim ensuring the metal contacts face down.
You may need to use the foam in the dual sim box to apply pressure down on the sim cards inside the dual sim to ensure a good contact is achieved.

Sometimes, after you insert Dualsim card in your mobile, you keep getting “Insert Sim?message.
Usually this message is because the sim cards do not have a good enough contact, which can be solved by:
1) Ensure you use the metal sleeve with the bumps on as this gives the best contact.
2) Clean the sim card contacts with a rubber.
3) Ensure that the sim cards are in the holder square aligning up with the contacts.
4) Use the white foam strip inside the dual sim above the sim cards to apply pressure down on the sim cards therefore improving the contact.
5) You may notice that it is a tight fit putting the dual sim inside the phone's sim card holder and therefore it may be necesary to put padding outside the dual sim to ensure the sim cards have a good contact.
